Are the Patriots previous superbowls tainted?

I think they are, but i think they would be less so if they'd just really explain what they were doing. My guess is that the taping gave them say, a 5-10% advantage. But unless we get a clear explanation of what was going on and some ysis from experts on how much it really helped them, speculation will remain that their advantage was far greater.
