How many caleries should I eat everyday?

I'm 16, 5'6, and about 120lbs.... I work out 4 times a week for abt. 30 minutes , and am trying to get really toned, but I don't want to be like muscular.... right now I usually eat 1,100 caleries, is that too little? I also take a dietary supplement I got frm GNC, Im suppost to take 2 a day, but i only take 1 every few days... does it really matter weather I eat healthy caleries or can i just eat whatever?
