What visa could i get if i want to work in Australia? Plzzzzzzz help?

I would be doing a informal course of 3 months in Australia and i would like to work there to gain experiance in relation to the course.I will be taking a visitors visa now,and when i'm allready i would like to take a visa that allows me to work in Australia without having to come back in the 3 months period on each visit that the visitor visa allows(which means i would like to apply for a another visa in Australia itself before the 3 months period, that allows me to work and stay there a bit longer).I know that i can apply for a holiday working visa but i am not eligible for that as i am a Malaysian citizen and only certain countries are eligible for this visa and even if i can apply for this visa i would have to come back to Malaysia and apply for it(these are the rules for first time appliers of the holiday working visa).What other visa could i take? please help.
