Could I have swine flu?

I live in a small town and haven't known anyone with swine flu and I probably don't have it, but I'm a worry wart :/ I developed a sore throat last night, but that's all. I'm having like face sweats. The soreness isn't extreme, it's just like a regular sore throat and it's only on one side. I recently I had a really stopped up nose, so I'm thinking that the sinuses might've drained into my throat or something. I just want to know if I should go ahead and start on my prescription of tamiflu. No body aches, cough, runny nose, headaches etc. My temp was 99.1 last time I checked.
