Anyone following the workouts for the Derby contenders? What did you think of the Godolphin Stables pair?

Friesan Fire worked a bullet today with fast early fractions. the thinking is that Larry Jones wants him on the lead for the Derby. with the absence of any early speed in this race that might just pay off. id still rather see him run most of the race in second chasing Regal Ransom but that might be reversed now. with so many horses planning on stalking the pace, that is going to be a very crowded place to be. the front few horses might have it made.
