Changing a towel radiator?

hi i need to change my towel radiator as it has signs of rust coming through. I have a oil fueled mains combi boiler system with no drain off points and the valves are not thermostatic they are just straight temprature valves. do i just close both valves clockwise then unscrew the bleed valve then take off the radiator and refit the new one then refill the system while bleeding radiator. does this sound right? any help would be great.
