Is it bad to break carilage is even possible HURRY IT HURTS BADLY ?

okay well i was iching behind both my ears and one i pushed to hard her a crackish thing its num now it also started swelling and now there is a hugeish tiny pickish thing under the skin but poking out its hurting bad now whats wrong did i break the carilage or what? how do i fix it? can i fix it how do i help it hurry plzz
