What could this be hmmmm?

ok so i was due for my period november 20th then i started spotting on the 23rd it was only there when i wiped..then the 21st i was bleeding very lightly i didnt even fill one pad..then the 22nd n 23rd it was only there when i wiped again (sorry tmi) and then it was gone so i basically only bled for one day but it was really light and since my "period" has been gone i have had cramping and a pain in my lower abdomen..i was just wondering if i could be pregnant .. we have almost everyday if not everyday then every other day..i was just wondering what the chances are that i could be pregnant? i also havent been feeling like myself i feel very weird and im not sure why
