What is a possible illness or disease that is rare and found in elderly women?

Get a second opinion because that is a stroke. It is obvious this is problem in her brain (indicated by the neurological symptoms), and problems like that happen when blood flow is somehow adversly affected in the brain (i.e. a stroke). Short of a TBI, there are not many more possibilities.
