Wouldn't you agree that Michael Jordon is still the best basketball player ever?

I would! I think MJ is the best ever. I don't think too many people could ever come close to accomplishing what he has done. Kobe Bryant? Sure! Kobe is great, but how does he compare to MJ? Well I have to take into consideration the competition that MJ delt with vs. What Kobe deals with now. MJ had to go against guys like Charle Barkley. Barkley was the smallest player to ever lead the league in rebounding. He was only 6-4! Thats an incredible accomplishment. Also, there was Reggie Miller, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, ect. ect. ect. Lets face it: The NBA was much more talented back then than it is today. The shooting percentage was far higher. And the dream team did not lose when MJ was in the line up. Back then you would see guys flying all over the court as if they where DBs in a football game. Now I see alot of standing around. The game is incredibly slower now compared to then. I watched a game on ESPN clic 1984 Lakers vs. Celtics. I seen guys flying to the ball. It was actually more fun to watch that game than any present game. Now days an NBA game is similar to a college game in terms of speed. Some would say I'm wrong, but watch a clic game! I guarantee you that you will see what I'm talking about. Asking anyone to drive the ball down the lane against Charles Barkley or Dennis Rodman would be alot! Those guys where absolute power houses. Its not anything like you see now.
