8800gt FPS crysis With my specs?

im eather getting the 8800 gt or the ati3870 woundering if anyone know the fps running about the same specs as me or close specs at least im going to run it on a 22" monitor and full rez and my sys specs are intel micro motherboard and intel core 2 quad 6700/ 4 gb ddr2 800mhz/500gb hdd 7200rpm/ was woundering if anyone had similer specs and running eather of these cards and what type of FPS are u getting a max raz with no aa thanks in advance for any help any links or anything would be awesome thanks again
