Are children taught to hate or born? Pls look at details before answering.?

I asked this question a few minutes ago but I didn't get quite the answers that I expected to I'll rephrase again. For whatever answer you say...I need to know how and why and also some sources that this hatred comes from if u agree that they are taught. Soemn sources I got were media thorugh television/movies and other people around them...can you give me some more reasons pls and elaborate on them pls and ty...
