I need help trying to write a childrens story for school!?

i need to try to write a children story and i need to use many terms, but at least to get me on a start i need to write a story using presidents, these presidents are... nixon, gerald ford,carter,reagan,both george bushes and clinton, using contributions that these presidents did to write a story, i thought maybe the theme of wizard of oz would be good, is there any relationship between all these presidents?
