94 plymouth acclaim not starting, suggestions?

First the trouble code: you can see at the attached link that it's for a fan relay. This shouldn't prevent the engine from starting. My first thought was that the fuel pump is not turning on. Isn't there a shrader valve on the fuel rail you can use to check for fuel pressure? If there really is no fuel pressure or power to the coil, then what about fuses and fusible links? I would use a multimeter make sure the fuses and fusible links are good before suspecting anything else. The solid state electronics are almost never a problem. Power to the coil should come directly from the ignition, so if the fuses and fusible links seem to be okay, then check the ignition switch for power, and try removing the column cover and using a jumper wire or two to byp the ignition switch to diagnose the switch for operation. Disconnecting power to the battery will clear any trouble codes.
