Is there an IP Mask/Changing software that is freeware or shareware without trial?

I want a program that can allow me to change my IP address while surfing online in a browser (IE or Firefox) but is either free, or is shareware but doesn't have a trial limitation. I'm fine with same-country IPs, just want to be able to change them.
