Does this sound like anything to be concerned about...?

I think it is your diet, Most young people do not eat right, too much fast food, not enough leafy green vegetables, not enough whole grains. Anything made from white flour is NOT a grain. Avoid wheat or white bread unless it says Whole Grains. Avoid flour tortillas, saltine crackers, cakes, cookies, anything made from white flour is empty calories. Eat more vegetables, especially raw. Its your diet.
