Transition from cosleeping to binet?

My baby is 7 weeks old, for the past month I have fell into a habit of letting her sleep with me at night. It was just so easy and she seems to sleep better snuggled up to me. I want to get her to sleep in her own bed but I'm having some difficulty, I'll rock her to sleep but as soon as I put her down to her binet she will wake up. She wont cry immediatley, but she will just lay there for a little while with her eyes open and then eventually start fussing. During the day she is fine and sleeps by herself. Any helpful tips on getting her to sleep on her own during the night?
