Looking for an awesome grocery list?

I hate grocery shopping! Lol I'm a single guy and my ex didn't care for grocery shopping either so needless to say it has never been my area if expertise! Everytime I go I end up with everything I like eaten in a week ( after an average $70 or so trip and a bunch of random stuff I cant make anything out of, I have crock pot recipes ready for when I go next time but if anyone felt like making me a healthy cost saving list it would me much appreciated! Thanks, also I'm far from picky and I'm looking to start making actual meals instead of just side dish pasta products but i would also like fast and easy items and snacks, thanks again!
